Etiquette is an old fashioned word to some people, but good manners costs nothing and this is part of our the

SAMA teaching.

It's also safe and great fun.

Our fun exercise program is no secret, it's based on many years of learning how to communicate with children of all ages

and levels. Within the SAMA system children enjoy what would be boring and tedious exercise. Our system gives them

the full benefit of an all round healthy exercise program building a healthy body for the future, giving them

strong bones, muscles and fitness.

Membership, Licence/Registration & insurance Adults £30.00 Children £20.00

Membership Paid on the fourth lesson giving you time to decide if you wish to continue.

Being the largest children's karate group in the UK we often get quiet, shy kids through the door, or children who have

experienced bullying, violence or abuse. The change we see in those kids over the course of a year or two are something

else. The quiet kids are volunteering to take part in school concerts, the ones with short fuses are much calmer and more

controlled. Academic achievement also shows a definite increase. The feedback we have had from parents in that their

kids are doing much better at school because they are more attentive and disciplined

Many Sama Karate Kids have shown dramatic changes in their lives, such as a higher self-esteem and confidence which

has contributed to better improvement with their school work and social skills.The Sama Karate Kids program is a well

rounded learning and improving activity teaching important values.We also emphasis that karate is not to be used in

school or for fun. We at Sama Organisation look forward to working with you and your child.From this system we have

become the largest children's karate group in the South of England teaching in over 350 junior and primary schools.
We also teach in over 45 leisure & community centre's.
